7 x 9 inch desktop lacrosse plaque, personalized with player’s name. Black and gold color. Choose from design with player’s number or Croatan logo. Please type in your player's number OR the words "croatan logo" depending on the design you would like. See pictures for design option examples.

Please double-check spelling of player's name. No refunds or replacements will be given for misspelled names, unless it is our error. This is a pre-order. Orders must be in by November 8th. Production on ornaments will begin after the pre-order closes. Plaques will be delivered immediately following Skill Development Training on December 2nd at 4:45 pm at Bogue Sound Elementary Practice Field. If you cannot attend this pickup time, please email sweetchristinedesignco@gmail.com . $5 from the sale of each plaque will be donated back to the Carteret Youth Lacrosse Association.
